Davis is thorough, cleans everything with an eye for detail, but never rushes to just get the job done. I’ve been using Pegasus Pools since October of 2021 when our pool was completed. Every experience I’ve had with Pegasus Pools has been both professional and commendable. From Deborah in the office to Scott’s solid leadership ensuring service is handled to high standards and explained in a way a non technical person can understand. We had an mechanical issue early in the installation and Deborah ordered the replacement part and to my surprise Colton and Landon came out to Complete the repair the moment the part came in. Joshua handles the weekly maintenance on our pool each week and keeps it sparkling. It’s refreshing to see a company and there people take pride in the work they do while striving to exceed expectations. Scott’s service has been nothing short of spectacular. We have a 37000-gallon resort-style pool with 6 service pumps, 14 people hot tub, and a rain grotto. Learning all of this has been hard for someone my age, however, he has been with us the whole time holding our hand, and helping us learn out our own pace and patiently filling in the gaps as needs. always on schedule. Pegasus Pools is a Fantastic company!! Great Pool Cleaner and Fantastic Service! Dallas is always thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Our pool is very large and complex and we have live oak trees that constantly drop a significant amount of leaves in the pool. Dallas works hard and always cleans the skimmer boxes to keep our pool flowing. He keeps our pool looking absolutely gorgeous and spends extra time to make sure the algae levels are low and the ph and chlorine are in check so we can enjoy the pool year round. We are impressed with the detailed reports he sends to us on the pool condition and levels. Scott and Dallas are both very knowledgeable and quickly find a solution if we ever have a problem with the pool equipment. I highly recommend Pegasus Pools!
